2 bed flat with level access suitable for up to 3 people. Pets allowed with permission, we will accept house cats and small dogs. Pets will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. There is a balcony to each flat and the block also has a small communal terrace for use by residents, pets will not be permitted to use the terrace nor is the terrace for the use of drying clothes or storing any personal items. The outside space is solely for quiet entertainment. There is no parking avaliable with this flat. Please be aware this is a new build property; the handover date is expected to be 29/02/2024 however this could change.
