Identity Documents (preferably photographic) & rent in advance required. Property is unfurnished; no white goods are provided. Tenants to provide their own flooring and decorating (if a previous resident leaves good condition furnishings these may be gifted).

Anyone can place a bid regardless of age. However, if you are under 25, we can only progress your application if you are a single applicant and either:

  • working full-time, or
  • receiving a regular top-up to your Universal Credit (for example, part-time wages, PIP, or disability premiums)

Nominated applicants benefit from a helpful online affordability check where the following evidence is required - proof of income (wage slip or benefit award letter), 1 months’ worth of recent bank statements for all accounts, list of outgoings (weekly or monthly). Landlord reference (if applicable) will also be requested. Worthing Homes are unable to progress applications without this information
